We’re looking for a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our growing team and bring our client's projects to life with creativity, precision, and excellence. If you have an eye for clean, modern design and experience with printed products, planners, journals, or branding, we’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
• Design custom planners, journals, devotionals, and stationery with a clean and modern aesthetic.
• Develop master pages and templates in Adobe InDesign to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Create product mockups and branding designs for client projects.
• Integrate quotes, scriptures, holidays, and content into layouts with careful attention to typography and spacing.
• Collaborate with our Build-Out Team to refine final files for production.
• Occasionally work on illustration-based projects (if applicable).
Who This Role is Ideal For:
• A talented designer with a strong portfolio (experience in print design such as planners, books, journals preferred but not required).
• An artist with illustration skills or branding experience is a plus.
• Someone with a keen eye for typography, composition, and modern, clean design aesthetics.
• A problem-solver who enjoys refining layouts for clarity and functionality.
• A team player who enjoys collaboration but can also work independently to meet deadlines.
• Someone proficient in Adobe InDesign or willing to learn (Illustrator and Canva experience are bonuses!).
• A designer who values excellence, faith, and purpose-driven work.
Who This Role is NOT For:
• Beginners or hobbyists – While work experience doesn't always directly correlate to skill level, we are only looking for skilled designers who can contribute at a professional level.
• Someone who prefers only branding design – While branding is included, this role focuses on print products and requires strong layout and typography skills.
• Someone who struggles to follow brand aesthetics and guidelines – Our projects have specific styles that must be maintained.
Requirements:
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign or willingness to learn and grow in this area (Illustrator & Canva are bonuses).
• Experience in print design a bonus (journals, books, planners, or branding).
• A strong portfolio showcasing clean, modern layouts.
• Familiarity with typography, composition, and spacing for print.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and collaborate remotely.
• Access to a reliable computer with Adobe software (we can help guide you on obtaining access if needed).
• A growth mindset and openness to learning new tools (like Data Merge in InDesign for efficiency).
Work Details:
Type: Part-Time (20 hours/week to start)
Schedule: Flexible, remote with occasional EST calls
