RxWellness is a premier chiropractic and medical aesthetics brand with multiple locations across Northern Virginia and Maryland near Washington, D.C. Over the past 12 months, our website has generated over 12.5 million impressions and 127,000 clicks—a massive achievement for a local business. Our website is already highly SEO-optimized with a sophisticated SEO architecture, and we are looking for an expert SEO content writer who can seamlessly integrate into our system and elevate it further.
We are seeking a highly experienced, efficient, and strategic SEO writer who understands local search, can create content dynamically across multiple service lines, and has proven experience managing large-scale websites from an SEO perspective. This role requires a full-time commitment, and the ideal candidate must be capable of writing 15-25 high-quality, SEO-driven articles per week across our two websites:
RxWellness Spine & Health (Chiropractic, Regenerative Medicine, Rehabilitation)
RxWellness MedSpa (Aesthetics, Anti-Aging, Skincare)

What We’re Looking For
We need a writer who can flawlessly blend engaging content with strategic SEO best practices. Every article must integrate target keywords a minimum of 15-20 times, align with Google’s latest algorithm updates, and leverage Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) to enhance organic visibility.
Your writing will directly support our local SEO efforts, targeting all the ZIP codes/cities/areas surrounding our eight office locations. Content topics will range from the services we provide to the conditions we treat, ensuring each piece aligns with search intent and drives real patient inquiries.
Since RxWellness has already built a strong SEO foundation, we’re not looking for someone who needs guidance—we need a writer who can plug and play, independently execute, and contribute to our SEO dominance.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- At least 3 years of experience writing english SEO content for local service businesses (preferably healthcare, wellness, or aesthetics).
- A strong understanding of Google’s algorithm, AEO strategies, and organic ranking factors.
- A track record of managing large-scale websites and contributing to substantial organic traffic growth.
- Fluent, dynamic, and engaging English writing skills, with the ability to match different tones of voice.
- The ability to track progress using Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Antranks.
- This role is full-time and requires high-speed execution without sacrificing quality. We expect our SEO content writer to be highly organized, self-sufficient, and detail-oriented.
Compensation & Growth Potential
We are offering a starting salary of $1,200 per month for the right candidate, with significant room for growth. This is a high-paying role for an SEO writer with proven ability to contribute to an already successful SEO framework.
