We’re looking for a Senior Video Producer to join our marketing team. This person will transform our technical blog posts into compelling videos for multiple platforms including X (formerly
Key Responsibilities
Video Production & Editing
Produce 1–2 videos per week based on our blog content.
Ensure a 1-week turnaround from initial briefing to final delivery.
Use DaVinci Resolve (preferred) for professional editing, color grading, audio mixing, and motion graphics.
Content Adaptation
Create both short-form content (under 1 minute) for social media (X, LinkedIn, TikTok) and long-form content (5–10 minutes) for YouTube and blog embeds.
Use a mix of voiceovers, code snippet overlays, screen recordings, and b-roll footage to illustrate complex technical topics clearly.
Voiceover & On-Camera Integration
Coordinate with blog authors who may provide voiceovers or appear on camera.
For videos without an on-camera presence, produce high-quality faceless videos with clear, engaging English voiceovers.
Brand Consistency
Follow Revelry’s style guide and brand guidelines.
Incorporate provided branding elements, music, intros/outros, and transitions to maintain a consistent look and feel.
Collaboration & Project Management
Collaborate with our marketing and content teams through Asana for tasks and deadlines.
Use Google Drive for file sharing and final video uploads.
Provide creative direction and suggest b-roll, animations, or stock footage when needed.
Quality Assurance & Optimization
Review final videos for clarity, pacing, audio quality, and aesthetic appeal.
Optimize video formats and aspect ratios for each target platform to maximize engagement and viewability.
Requirements
5+ years of professional video production/editing experience, ideally with some focus on tech or educational content.
Expert proficiency in DaVinci Resolve (or similar NLE software with a willingness to transition to DaVinci).
Strong command of spoken and written English; comfortable delivering or coordinating voiceovers in English.
Tech-savvy and able to effectively communicate technical concepts through visuals (experience with code snippets, screen captures, etc.).
Demonstrated experience producing videos optimized for social platforms like TikTok, X, LinkedIn, YouTube.
Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and maintain high-quality standards.
Preferred Qualifications
Background in software development, SaaS, or other technical fields, allowing you to better interpret and visualize coding or engineering concepts.
A strong portfolio showcasing educational or tutorial-style video content.
Familiarity with graphic design or motion graphics to add creative elements and text overlays.
