We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Client Relations & Lead Generation Specialist to help scale our videography business. This role does not involve video editing but is focused on managing leads, handling client communications, and streamlining business operations.
Responsibilities:
Manage incoming leads and inquiries, ensuring timely responses.
Handle client follow-ups and maintain a structured CRM system.
Assist in outreach efforts
Coordinate bookings, contracts, and payments.
Provide customer support before and after project delivery.
Maintain an organized database of client interactions.
Contribute to business growth strategies.
Requirements:
Prior experience in customer relations, sales, or lead generation.
Strong communication skills (written and spoken English).
Familiarity with CRM software (GoHighLevel is a plus).
Highly organized with attention to detail.
Tech-savvy and comfortable using automation tools.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
