What You'll Do:
? Be the right-hand person to the Executive Director, ensuring priorities stay on track and only the most important items make it through.
? Masterfully manage calendars,
? Handle communication like a pro—drafting, reviewing, and managing high-level correspondence with clarity and precision.
? Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take meticulous notes—because details matter.
? Tackle projects and problem-solve proactively, keeping an eye on follow-ups and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
? Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Requirements:
? 3-5 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar high-level support role.
? Exceptional English communication skills—you must be an absolute rock star at writing and speaking.
? Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management tools.
? Impeccable attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
? A self-starter mindset—you don’t wait for direction, you make things happen.
Schedule:
???? Remote position—but you’ll need to be available 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time (U.S. hours).
???? This role requires a structured schedule, so flexibility in hours is not available.
