Job Summary:
We are seeking a modern, hands-on Marketing Director to own and evolve PMG360’s end-to-end marketing strategy. This role is responsible for driving brand authority, demand generation, pipeline contribution, and go-to-market execution across PMG360’s services and platforms.
In addition to leading internal marketing, this role will act as a senior advisor on select client engagements—helping shape campaign strategy, messaging, channel mix, and performance optimization. The Marketing Director will work closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, Data, and Delivery teams to ensure marketing efforts directly support revenue growth and client outcomes.
This is a highly strategic but execution-oriented role, ideal for a B2B marketing leader who understands full-funnel growth, modern RevOps alignment, and AI-enabled marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Leadership
• Define and execute PMG360’s integrated marketing and go-to-market strategy across inbound, outbound, and partner channels
• Position PMG360 as a trusted authority in B2B growth, RevOps, AI-driven lead generation, and data-powered marketing
• Lead and mentor a distributed marketing team across content, digital, social, and campaign execution
• Establish clear KPIs tied to pipeline, revenue influence, CAC, and LTV—not just top-of-funnel metrics
Demand Generation & Growth Marketing
• Own demand generation strategy across SEO/AEO, content, paid media,
• Oversee website performance, conversion optimization, and landing page strategy
• Manage paid acquisition programs (search, display, LinkedIn, retargeting) with a strong ROI focus
• Develop scalable campaign frameworks that can be replicated across verticals and client offerings
Content & Brand
• Oversee creation of high-impact content including thought leadership, case studies, whitepapers, sales enablement assets, and webinars
• Ensure consistent brand voice and positioning across all PMG360 properties and channels
• Partner with Sales to align messaging, offers, and enablement materials
Revenue Operations Alignment
• Work closely with Sales and RevOps to align marketing with CRM workflows, attribution, and pipeline stages
• Leverage HubSpot and related tools to improve lead quality, nurturing, scoring, and reporting
• Support lifecycle marketing, reactivation campaigns, and account-based initiatives
Client Advisory & Innovation
• Provide senior-level marketing guidance on select customer engagements
• Stay ahead of emerging trends in B2B marketing, AI, data, and buyer behavior
• Evaluate and implement new tools, platforms, and AI-driven workflows to improve efficiency and outcomes
Budget & Performance Management
• Own the marketing budget and resource allocation
• Track performance dashboards and regularly report insights to executive leadership
• Continuously test, learn, and optimize campaigns based on data
Requirements & Qualifications:
• 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, including 3+ years in a senior leadership role
• Proven success driving pipeline and revenue through integrated digital marketing programs
• Strong expertise in SEO/AEO, content marketing, paid media,
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms
• Solid understanding of RevOps, attribution, and full-funnel performance measurement
• Experience advising clients or working in an agency, consultancy, or B2B services environment
• Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and performance analytics
• Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA a plus
