Position Overview:

The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our agents' success, elevate our brokerage brand, and effectively market our luxury real estate listings. This role requires a creative individual who is highly skilled in digital marketing, content creation, and graphic design. The ideal candidate will be proficient in creating compelling ads, implementing retargeting strategies, managing Google Business and LSA profiles, and producing multimedia content for both agent and brokerage promotion.

Key Responsibilities:

Agent & Brokerage Promotion:
Develop and execute marketing campaigns designed to elevate agents' individual brands and highlight their success.
Promote the overall brokerage’s values, unique selling points, and successes across various digital platforms.

Digital Ads & Retargeting:
Design, create, and manage digital ads (Google, social media, etc.) that showcase both the brokerage and agents.
Implement and monitor retargeting ads to drive leads and conversions.

Social Media & Digital Graphics:
Create visually appealing graphics for social media platforms, digital newsletters, and other marketing collateral.
Manage and curate content for all social media channels to engage potential clients and partners.

Video & Photo Editing:
Edit video and photo content for property listings, agent profiles, brokerage events, and promotional materials.
Ensure all multimedia content is polished, professional, and aligned with the luxury brand identity.

Listing Promotion:
Develop and execute strategies to promote new listings through social media, email marketing, digital ads, and the company website.
Collaborate with agents to create listing materials, including high-quality videos, photos, and virtual tours.

Google Business & LSA Management:
Oversee and update Google Business Profile to ensure accurate and engaging information about the brokerage and agents.
Manage Google Local Service Ads (LSA) to increase visibility and generate leads for the brokerage.

Recruitment Marketing:
Support recruitment efforts by creating materials that showcase the brokerage’s unique value proposition.
Promote the benefits of joining the brokerage through digital campaigns, social media, and recruitment events.

Market Research & Analytics:
Monitor marketing campaign performance and provide regular reports on engagement, lead generation, and ROI.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in real estate marketing, digital strategies, and competitor activities.

Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing and real estate.
Strong proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.) and video/photo editing tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
Hands-on experience managing digital ad campaigns, retargeting strategies, and Google Ads.
Expertise in Google Business, Local Service Ads (LSA), and other SEO-related platforms.
Experience with social media management tools and platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
Knowledge of real estate marketing best practices and trends, particularly in the luxury segment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and brand consistency.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills and a creative approach to marketing challenges.
A passion for luxury real estate and staying current with industry developments.

Preferred Skills:
Experience with CRM and email marketing platforms (Lofty, KVCore, Constant Contact, etc.).
Photography and videography experience, particularly in real estate settings.
Familiarity with marketing automation tools and retargeting software.
