We are a remote-first scale-up that hires for talent and mission alignment—not location. After recently securing our first funding round, we are accelerating growth and product development. To scale effectively, we are looking for a seasoned Talent Acquisition Partner to help us recruit and onboard top talent for our high-performing, diverse, and distributed teams. Join our team:

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a key role in shaping the future of SimplerQMS by sourcing and bringing in top talent. You’ll be our first dedicated hire in Human Resources, giving you the unique opportunity to build and optimise recruitment processes from the ground up.

Your areas of responsibility will include:

Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent, engaging passive candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and networking.
Manage end-to-end recruitment from job posting to offer negotiation, ensuring a structured and efficient hiring process.
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, assess candidates beyond resumes, and adapt hiring strategies to business needs.
Ensure a seamless candidate experience by providing clear communication, timely feedback, and smooth interview coordination.
Enhance employer branding and recruitment marketing by optimizing job descriptions, promoting SimplerQMS’s unique value proposition, and collaborating with marketing on talent campaigns.
Leverage and optimize the ATS to track candidates and streamline processes incl. onboarding and HR operations


Experience & Expertise:

3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR, preferably in a fast-growing or remote-first company.
Proven track record of sourcing and hiring across multiple functions (e.g., tech, sales, customer success) but preferably subject matter expert in 1 or more functions
Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
Strong knowledge of talent sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search), ATS and recruitment automation tools.
Understanding of employer branding and candidate engagement strategies.


Skills & Competencies:

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to assess candidates beyond resumes—cultural fit, motivation, and long-term potential.
Strong data-driven approach to tracking and optimizing recruitment performance.
Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously in a structured and organized way.
Familiarity with remote hiring practices and global talent acquisition strategies.
