Position Overview:
We are seeking a versatile and skilled professional to join our team at Pinnacle Ai in a dual role as a Web Developer/Web Designer and Go High Level (GHL) Specialist. This position requires expertise in both front-end and back-end web development, as well as deep knowledge of the Go HighLevel platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their web development and design skills, along with a proven track record of successful Go HighLevel implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

Web Development and Design:

• Front-End Development:
• Develop responsive and intuitive web interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Collaborate with the design team to implement visual and interactive elements on the website.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize web pages for maximum speed and scalability.
• Back-End Development:
• Work with server-side technologies to implement web features.
• Integrate third-party APIs and web services.
• Collaborate with back-end developers to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
• Web Design:
• Create visually appealing and on-brand designs for web pages.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to enhance user experience.
• Content Management:
• Update and maintain website content, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
• Implement content management systems (CMS) and customize them as needed.
• Testing and Debugging:
• Conduct thorough testing of websites to identify and fix bugs, issues, or performance bottlenecks.
• Ensure websites are secure and follow best practices for data protection.

Go High Level (GHL) Specialist:

• Platform Optimization:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design customized solutions within the Go HighLevel platform.
• Implement and optimize marketing automation workflows, sales funnels, and communication strategies using Go High Level.
• Training and Support:
• Provide training and support to tea ---------- mbers on the effective use of Go HighLevel features and functionalities.
• Data Analysis:
• Analyze data and metrics to measure the success of Go HighLevel implementations and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Stay up-to-date on the latest features and updates within the Go HighLevel platform and recommend strategies for incorporating new functionalities into our workflows.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Web Developer or Web Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing past projects.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks/libraries like React or Angular.
• Experience with back-end development using languages such as Python, PHP, or Node.js.
• Knowledge of web design principles, UX/UI best practices, and design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
• Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Drupal).
• Proven experience as a Go HighLevel Expert with a strong portfolio of successful implementations.
• In-depth knowledge of Go HighLevel features, functionalities, and best practices.
• Strong understanding of marketing automation, sales processes, and communication strategies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Certifications in Go High Level are a plus.
