Job Title: Credit Repair Specialist (Remote)
Job Description:
We are looking to hire an experienced Credit Repair Specialist to join our growing team! As a specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing credit reports, identifying inaccuracies, and initiating disputes to help our clients improve their credit scores. You must have in-depth knowledge of the FTC (Federal Trade Commission) guidelines regarding credit repair and be familiar with the latest consumer protection laws. You’ll also work with popular credit repair software and credit monitoring tools to provide high-quality service. This position offers flexibility and the opportunity to help clients improve their financial health.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze clients' credit reports to identify inaccuracies, outdated information, or items that can be disputed.
Use dispute software (such as Credit Repair Cloud, DisputeBee, or others) to create, manage, and track disputes.
Ensure all actions are compliant with FTC regulations, specifically regarding the credit repair process.
Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates on the status of their disputes.
Work with credit bureaus, creditors, and collection agencies to resolve disputes.
Provide expert guidance to clients on improving their credit scores and financial standing.
Use credit monitoring tools like SmartCredit, Credit Karma, or IdentityIQ to track clients’ progress and ensure they’re on the right path.
Maintain accurate records of each case, including communications, progress, and results.
Stay up-to-date with credit repair laws, FTC regulations, and industry best practices.
Required Skills and Experience:

Proven experience in credit repair or a similar role.
Familiarity with popular credit repair software (e.g., Credit Repair Cloud, DisputeBee, etc.).
Strong understanding of credit reports, credit scoring, dispute resolution processes, and FTC guidelines regarding credit repair.
Experience with credit monitoring tools (e.g., SmartCredit, IdentityIQ, Credit Karma).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple cases at once.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred Skills:
Certification as a Credit Repair Specialist or other relevant qualifications.
Deep understanding of FTC regulations and consumer protection laws (e.g., Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA)).
Experience working remotely.
