Part-Time Communications Lead (Virtual Assistant – Remote)

We are hiring a part-time Communications Lead to help ensure all guest operations run smoothly, our homes stay guest-ready, and our internal team functions like a well-oiled machine.
???? Key Responsibilities
Manage guest communications across platforms (Airbnb, VRBO, Guesty for Pros, Direct Booking Website) before, during, and after stays
Resolve urgent and sensitive guest issues with poise, professionalism, and a guest-first mindset
Coordinate with the cleaning, maintenance, and operations teams to ensure timely turnovers and perfect home readiness
Monitor and uphold SOPs, checklists, and company standards to deliver consistent 5-star experiences
Prepare operational reports, identify patterns, and suggest improvements to the leadership team
Take initiative during off-script or high-pressure situations and implement preventative solutions
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure that nothing falls through the cracks

? Requirements
Minimum 2 years experience as a Virtual Assistant in short-term rental or hospitality (Airbnb/VRBO required)
Advanced written and verbal English communication
Strong skills in platforms such as Airbnb, Guesty , Slack,
Experience building and maintaining SOPs
Capable of managing multiple priorities with calm focus
Must complete IQ test, DISC test, and C2-level English assessment
Available to work scheduled shifts, with flexibility for emergencies

Guest Scenario:
A guest checks into one of our homes and messages that the stove isn’t working. It’s 8:00 PM, and the maintenance team is unavailable until the morning. The guest is upset because they planned to cook dinner.
Your Task:
