Job Description: UI/UX & Graphic Design Specialist

Position Overview

We are seeking a full-time UI/UX & Graphic Design Specialist to create visually compelling and user-friendly digital experiences. This role requires expertise in UI/UX design, user research, and graphic design to craft seamless and engaging designs for web and mobile applications, as well as marketing and branding materials.

The ideal candidate should be highly skilled in Figma, ClickUp, Flipbook, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects). Strong knowledge of user experience principles, branding, and visual storytelling is essential. A UX/UI certification is a plus.

Candidates must submit a portfolio showcasing both UI/UX projects and graphic design work. The interview will include a live design challenge to assess real-time problem-solving and design execution.

Responsibilities
------------------------------------------------------------
- Design intuitive and visually compelling user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to optimize user experience.
- Build and maintain design systems, UI components, and reusable assets for consistency across digital platforms.
- Ensure all designs are responsive, accessible, and optimized for different devices.
- Create high-quality graphics, illustrations, and marketing materials for digital and print.
- Design logos, icons, infographics, brochures, social media visuals, and interactive presentations using Flipbook.
- Use Photoshop and Illustrator for advanced image editing, retouching, and vector graphics.
- Develop motion graphics and animations using After Effects when needed.
- Ensure brand consistency across typography, color schemes, and layout structures.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and marketing teams to align design objectives with business goals.
- Utilize ClickUp for workflow management, project tracking, and task prioritization.
- Conduct A/B testing, usability studies, and data-driven optimizations to improve engagement and usability.

All applicants must submit a 30-second to 1-minute video introducing themselves in English. The video should briefly highlight their background, relevant experience, and why they are interested in this role. Applications without a video introduction will not be considered.

The interview process will include a live design challenge, where candidates will be asked to solve a real-world UI/UX and graphic design problem in real time using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
