Social Media Manager Position
Pay: $2 - $3per hour, with performance-based bonuses
Hours: 15-30 hours per week, flexible schedule
Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled, driven, and results-oriented Social Media Manager to establish and grow new accounts for both our company, Kingdom Manors, and its owner. This is not a role for beginners or those figuring it out as they go. We need a professional who knows how to strategize, execute, and deliver high-quality, engaging content consistently.

Key Responsibilities:
Owner’s Accounts:
Post 3 unique, high-quality pieces of content daily across all platforms:
React Video: Videos reacting to relevant or trending real estate/influencer content with a strong following.
Original Content: Use tools like ChatGPT to create scripts or content ideas for The owner to record.
Trending Content: Identify dances, music, or themes that align with the real estate niche and send detailed examples for The owner to execute.
Company Accounts:
Post 1 polished, professional piece of content daily on each platform (TikTok, Instagram,
General Duties:
Research and identify high-performing trends and accounts to follow and react to.
Develop a content calendar to ensure consistent posting schedules.
Analyze engagement metrics and adjust strategies for optimal performance.
Actively engage with followers (comments, DMs, Q&A features) to build a strong community.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven ability to grow accounts from scratch with real, measurable results (e.g., engagement, follower growth).
Expertise in video editing, including creating AI-generated videos, scripts, and polished visuals.
Familiarity with top platforms, trends, hashtags, and algorithms (TikTok, Instagram,
Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
Consistency and a commitment to quality—we would rather delay a post than put out something subpar.
Tools and Resources:
You must have your own tools for video editing, scheduling, and content creation.
Content should be professional, well-edited, and aligned with our mission—low-effort work will not be accepted.
Performance-Based Bonuses:
