Sweeney’s Pavement Maintenance, a leading pavement preservation company based in the United States, is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join our team remotely from the Philippines. We specialize in full-service concrete and asphalt solutions, serving Kansas and surrounding states. What you’ll do:
As our remote Executive Assistant, you will:
Provide strategic administrative and project management support to the executive team.
Organize and prioritize
Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings.
Draft and manage correspondence and communications on behalf of executives.
Prepare, process, and track eSignature documents for accuracy and completion.
Handle procurement, placing orders, and processing reimbursements.
Arrange travel and accommodations, ensuring cost-effective bookings.
Plan and support virtual team events and meetings.
What you’ll need:
Recent experience in an administrative role, supporting executives.
Strong familiarity with remote work dynamics and tools.
Proficiency in Google Workspace (G-Suite Apps) and a knack for learning new platforms.
A proactive attitude, excellent organizational skills, and attention to detail.
Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
