About the Role
As a Sales Outbound Caller, your main responsibility will be to engage with potential clients over the phone, establish meaningful conversations, and schedule calls with our Sales Advisors. You’ll play a vital role in helping families start their journey toward college success.
This role is perfect for someone who loves connecting with people, has exceptional communication skills, and is motivated by helping others succeed.
Responsibilities
Call warm leads and engage them in meaningful conversations.
Build rapport with prospective clients and educate them on our services.
Schedule calls for Sales Advisors using our CRM system.
Follow up via text and
Document every interaction in the CRM and ensure leads are moved through the pipeline.
Collaborate with the Client Success Director to improve processes and client experience.
Participate in tea
