Satistio is seeking a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing person to lead media and marketing efforts for our diverse client base adn our crm platform. The ideal candidate will utilize the Satistio platform to create impactful marketing campaigns, manage our CRM system, assist new clients with onboarding, and develop compelling content. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on implementation, requiring a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing Strategy and Execution:
Develop and implement marketing strategies using the Satistio platform to meet client goals.
Create and manage paid and organic campaigns across digital channels such as social media,
Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights for optimization.
Content Creation:
Design and produce engaging content, including social media posts, blog articles, graphics, and videos.
Ensure all content aligns with client branding and messaging.
CRM Management:
Oversee the Satistio CRM system to track leads, manage client interactions, and optimize customer journeys.
Train clients on using the CRM effectively to enhance their business operations.
Client Onboarding and Support:
Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand how to use Satistio tools for their marketing needs.
Provide personalized support to help clients build their marketing campaigns and strategies.
Collaboration and Coordination:
Work closely with the sales team to understand client needs and develop tailored marketing solutions.
Coordinate with other tea
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in digital marketing, including campaign management and analytics.
Strong proficiency in CRM platforms (experience with Satistio is a plus).
Excellent content creation skills with a portfolio of past work.
Outstanding communication and client-facing skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
