We are seeking a top-tier Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist with proven experience in creating and managing end-to-end digital marketing campaigns for global companies. This individual will be responsible for building high-converting websites, lead capture pages, and sales funnels, as well as executing advanced

Key Responsibilities
Website Development & Optimization
Design and build high-converting websites and lead capture pages.
Continuously optimize for SEO, speed, and user experience.
Sales Funnel Creation & Management
Develop and manage sales funnels tailored to each stage of the buyer’s journey.
Implement upsell, cross-sell, and down-sell strategies to maximize revenue.
Social Media Marketing & Ad Creation
Create, manage, and optimize ad campaigns on
Design high-quality ad creatives and video content.
Track and analyze ad performance to ensure maximum ROI.
Google Ads & Analytics
Plan and execute high-impact Google Ads campaigns, including retargeting.
Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools, making data-driven adjustments.
Email
Build automated
Segment audiences for personalized messaging and higher engagement.
Lead Generation & Conversion Optimization
Design and implement strategies to capture, nurture, and convert leads.
Use advanced analytics to track and improve conversion rates at every funnel stage.
CRM Management (GoHighLevel or Similar)
Set up and manage campaigns, workflows, and automations in GoHighLevel or equivalent platforms.
Ensure seamless integration across all marketing channels.
Appointment Setting & Closing Support
Implement follow-up systems to nurture leads and set appointments.
Support sales team in closing high-quality leads through well-timed touchpoints.
Requirements
Proven experience (3-5+ years) in all the following areas:
Website and funnel development.
Email
Google Ads, social media ads (Instagram,
CRM management (preferably GoHighLevel).
Analytics and performance tracking.
Strong understanding of lead generation, conversion optimization, and remarketing strategies.
Exceptional creative skills in video content creation, ad design, and copywriting.
Highly proficient in using analytics tools (Google Analytics,
Ability to work independently and deliver results without micromanagement.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
