Miracle Media is the media arm led by Singaporean content creator & ---------- this ---------- will be creating a series of digital products and courses to do with IG Growth Strategy and Family-based Courses to give back value to her community.

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly independent and versatile Virtual Assistant with 2-4 years of expertise in digital marketing, digital product creation, copywriting, CRM management, funnel and landing page development, Meta ads management, and online community and social media management. This role requires someone who can drive the end-to-end launch of a SKOOL-based community and courses, while also managing Instagram and YouTube accounts.

Due to the dynamic nature of the design industry, this role requires flexible, non-fixed working hours, including evenings and weekends. No work is required on Mondays. The role operates within the GMT+8 timezone, and communication will primarily be through WhatsApp.


Job Description
Digital Product Creation: Design and develop valuable digital products like eBooks, templates, and planners that attract leads. Keep them updated with market trends and user feedback.
Course & Community Management: Lead the development and launch of online courses and community platforms (SKOOL). You will manage course creation, onboarding, engagement strategies, and retention efforts.
Copywriting & Content: Write compelling copy for landing pages, email campaigns, and social media content. You will also manage content creation and ensure it aligns with audience interests.
Social Media Strategy: Produce content for Instagram and YouTube, manage posting schedules, analyze performance metrics, and ensure content optimization.
Landing Pages & Funnels: Create landing pages and funnels, implement lead magnets, and optimize user experience for higher conversion rates.
CRM & Marketing Automation: Manage CRM systems, design email workflows, and implement lead nurturing strategies using tools like Mailchimp and Manychat.
Meta Ads Campaigns: Work with the Director to plan, execute, and optimize ad campaigns with a focus on lead generation.
Project Management & Reporting: Oversee the execution of product launches, community growth, and content strategies. You will track metrics and report on campaign performance.

III. Qualifications & Requirements:
Experience: 2-4 years in digital product creation, CRM management, copywriting, funnel and landing page development, Meta ads management, and social media and online community management.
Diploma in Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
Copywriting Skills: Expertise in crafting persuasive, high-converting copy for various mediums.
Community Launch Expertise: Proven experience managing or launching an online community (preferably on SKOOL), including creating courses and fostering engagement.
Social Media Management: Experience managing Instagram and YouTube accounts, with a strong understanding of content trends and engagement strategies.
Portfolio: Demonstrated ability to create digital products (eBooks, checklists, task planners, dashboards) and social media content.
Self-Sufficiency: Must be highly independent and able to handle all responsibilities without reliance on other designers.
Project Management: Strong organizational skills, able to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Visual Storytelling Skills: Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
Technical Skills: Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho), funnel builders (e.g., ClickFunnels, Kajabi), and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign).
Analytical Skills: Skilled in A/B testing, data tracking, and campaign performance reporting to refine strategies.
Flexible Schedule: Willing to work flexible hours as needed to meet project goals.

IV. Preferred Skills
Knowledge of SEO best practices for YouTube and Social Media content
Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) for creating visually appealing assets.
Familiarity with membership or subscription-based digital products.
