Job Overview:
I am seeking a highly organized, creative, and proactive Dating App Manager to handle all aspects of online dating profile management across multiple platforms. You will be responsible for setting up and optimizing profiles, swiping for potential matches, and engaging in meaningful initial conversations to create opportunities for connection. If you have a knack for creating compelling profiles, enjoy social interaction, and can manage multiple conversations effectively, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Create, update, and optimize dating app profiles to reflect the client's personality and preferences.
Manage profiles across 10+ dating platforms, ensuring consistency and engagement.
Swipe for matches based on pre-defined preferences and goals.
Craft engaging and creative conversation starters to initiate and sustain meaningful interactions.
Track and manage multiple conversations at once across various platforms.
Respond promptly and professionally to interactions while maintaining the client’s voice.
Monitor profile performance and implement strategies to increase quality matches.
Handle follow-ups, revive dead conversations, and manage communication timing.
Troubleshoot any issues related to account access or app functionality.
Qualifications:
Previous experience managing profiles on dating platforms such as Tinder, Bumble, Hinge, OkCupid, and others.
Familiarity with dating app algorithms, profile optimization techniques, and conversation strategies.
Excellent written communication skills with a strong ability to adapt to different tones and personalities.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple conversations and platforms simultaneously.
Creative and resourceful in writing bios, crafting messages, and troubleshooting issues.
Strong understanding of online privacy and discretion.
Preferred Experience:
Experience managing more than 5 dating profiles simultaneously.
Background in content creation, or customer engagement.
Understanding of dating trends, etiquette, and modern dating dynamics.

Availability & Compensation:
Flexible schedule, but must be able to dedicate consistent hours.
Pay is $3/hr + $30 bonus for each date that is set up.
