Job Overview
We are looking for a Social Media Manager who has a marketing background who will take ownership of client social media accounts from strategy through execution. This person will manage content calendars, coordinate approvals, create and schedule posts across platforms, monitor engagement, and track performance for multiple clients. The role should emphasize recurring execution work like reels, posts, pins, audience engagement, content collection, captions, keyword optimization, and performance analysis — which mirrors the way your current social plans are structured for client accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple client social media accounts across platforms such as
- Build and maintain monthly content calendars for each client account.
- Create, schedule, and publish social media content including reels, static posts, stories, shorts, and pins.
- Coordinate with clients and internal tea
- Write captions, optimize hooks, and adapt content for each platform.
- Monitor comments, messages, and engagement activity, and escalate when needed.
- Repurpose content across platforms to maximize output from a single content theme. For example, your existing plans already reuse
- Perform basic social performance reviews and identify top-performing content, weak points, and opportunities for improvement.
- Stay current with platform trends, algorithm changes, and content opportunities.
- Ensure all client posts align with brand voice, tone, and approval requirements.
- Work closely with design, video, content, and account teams to keep deliverables moving on time.
Qualifications:
- 2–5+ years of experience managing social media accounts for clients, brands, or multiple businesses.
- Strong experience creating and executing content plans for
- Experience building and managing content calendars across several client accounts at once.
- Ability to write strong captions, hooks, and post copy tailored to different industries and audiences.
Experience scheduling posts and managing publishing workflows through tools such as Meta Business Suite or Go High Level.
- Strong understanding of organic growth strategies, engagement building, and audience behavior.
- Experience analyzing social performance metrics such as reach, engagement, follower growth, clicks, and top-performing content.
- Ability to take raw client assets and turn them into organized, platform-specific content plans.
- Comfortable coordinating with clients for approvals, content collection, and feedback.
- Highly organized and able to manage deadlines across multiple accounts.
Nice to have: basic knowledge of paid boosting, SEO-informed content planning, and short-form video strategy.
