TASKS
Systems & Automation
- Build and manage advanced Airtable systems (multi-table databases, linked records, dashboards, KPIs)
- Create and maintain automations using
- Set up Slack automations (channel creation, alerts, routing, reminders, triggers)
- Connect tools across the company (CRM, forms, surveys, Slack, Airtable, Kajabi)
- Monitor automations daily and proactively fix issues
- Reduce manual processes across departments
- Kajabi & Fulfillment Support
- Manage Kajabi automations (onboarding flows, tagging, access control,
- Automate client onboarding (intake - Slack access - CRM tracking - milestone tracking)
- Improve fulfillment systems with dashboards, alerts, and progress tracking
- Build reporting for activation, retention, churn, revenue, and team performance
Architecture & Optimization
- Suggest better system structures as we grow
- Document all workflows clearly
- Build scalable foundations instead of temporary fixes
- Own and protect our automation infrastructure
REQUIREMENTS (MUST-HAVE)
- C1+ English (written and spoken)
- Advanced Airtable experience
- Advanced
- Experience with Slack automations and integrations
- Experience with Zapier
- Strong understanding of APIs and webhooks
- Strong systems thinking (you think in architecture, not tasks)
- Ability to translate business problems into technical solutions
- Proactive mindset and high ownership
- Reliable internet and quiet workspace
STRONG PLUS
- n8n experience
- Kajabi automation experience
- CRM integrations (Close is a plus)
- Experience building KPI dashboards
- Experience supporting onboarding and fulfillment workflows
- Experience in fast-growing online businesses
- Experience with 7–9 figure digital brands
