We are looking for a highly motivated Appointment Setter to join the Master I.T. / PassTechCerts team. Master I.T. has helped 15,000+ people break into IT careers.
We are growing fast and we need someone who knows how to start conversations, qualify leads, and get qualified people onto our calendar.
This is not a passive role. You will be reaching out daily, qualifying leads, booking appointments for our certification programs and military funding programs, and making sure every booked call shows up. If you are a self-starter who thrives on targets and is not afraid of rejection, we want to hear from you.
Conduct outbound outreach daily across LinkedIn, Instagram,
Identify and qualify leads for our certification programs and military funding programs (Army CA, AF COOL, MYCAA) before booking them onto the calendar
For military leads: confirm eligibility, confirm they have the required documentation (CAC card and reader for Army CA), and brief them on the process before scheduling
Follow up persistently with warm leads — no-shows, people who expressed interest but went quiet, and past leads who have not moved forward
Log every lead and conversation in HubSpot — if it is not in the CRM it does not count
Send confirmation messages to every booked appointment and follow up the day of to maximize show-up rates
Submit a daily report in Slack before 6pm with your numbers: outreach sent, conversations started, appointments booked, confirmations sent, show-ups
Base hourly pay $4.00 USD / hr Paid monthly in USD
Every qualified show-up $20.00 USD Per person who shows up to their call

1 year or more of appointment setting or sales experience — remote, B2C, or education industry experience is a strong plus
Strong written and spoken English — you will be communicating with US-based leads daily
Comfortable with cold outreach and social media prospecting across multiple platforms
Experience with or willingness to learn HubSpot CRM
Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace for remote work
Self-motivated — you can manage your own schedule and hit your daily minimums without being micromanaged
