We are looking for a dedicated Virtual Assistant (VA) based in the Philippines who wants to grow their skills and experience in the real estate industry.

Responsibilities:
As our Virtual Assistant, you will:
- Make
- Engage with sellers, build trust, and gather key property details like condition, asking price, and urgency.
- Use our phone system (OpenPhone) to track calls and maintain accurate records.
- Qualify leads and flag high-potential sellers for further negotiation by our team.
- Update and organize lead data in our CRM system (training provided).
- Attend weekly team check-ins for feedback and coaching.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- Fluent English skills: Excellent speaking and writing ability.
- Experience in sales or cold calling: Background in real estate, telemarketing, or customer service is a plus but not required.
- Tech-savviness: Comfortable using online tools and systems like OpenPhone, CRMs, or Excel.
Reliable setup:
- Stable internet connection (minimum speed: 10 Mbps).
- Quiet home office space free from background noise.
- Positive attitude and resilience: Cold calling requires confidence, persistence, and professionalism.
- Availability: Able to commit to 20 hours per week and meet weekly call targets.
