We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to provide administrative, technical, and creative support. The ideal candidate will be proficient in various software tools and have excellent communication skills. This role will require strong time-management abilities and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
**Responsibilities:**
Administrative Tasks:
* Calendar management, job scheduling, and appointments
*
* Document creation and formatting
* Data entry and organization
* Expense tracking and reporting
* Invoice creation and tracking
Marketing and Sales Support:
* Create and launce campaigns using Constant Contact and other resources
* Call vetted prospects and cold call businesses to acquire sales leads
* Assisting with website and social media updates
Creative Support:
* Content creation (blog posts, social media content)
* Graphic design and editing
* Video editing and production (basic)
Other Duties as Assigned:
* May include research, market analysis, or other tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Knowledge of social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn,
* Basic understanding of graphic design and video editing software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Premiere)
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
* Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing
* Bilingual or multilingual skills
**Note: This is a remote position, and the ideal candidate must be able to work independently and meet deadlines.
