We are a growing real estate business seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to BUILD OUT, manage and optimize our CRM system using Deal Machine, Zapier, and Podio, etc. You will automate workflows, streamline lead management, and ensure that our processes are efficient and effective.
Key Responsibilities:
Build out, design, and manage CRM systems using Podio.
Integrate Deal Machine, Podio, and other tools using Zapier to automate lead capture and follow-ups.
Optimize and maintain workflows for efficient lead tracking, communication, and task management.
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all platforms.
Create automated notifications and reminders for follow-ups.
Generate reports and analyze data to help improve our sales and marketing efforts.
Troubleshoot and resolve any integration or automation issues.
Qualifications:
Experience with Zapier, Podio, and Deal Machine is required.
Strong understanding of CRM systems and workflow automation.
Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of other real estate tools and software.
Experience with lead generation and nurturing in a real estate context.
Ability to create and customize CRM dashboards and reports.
Basic knowledge of data analysis for improving business processes.
Work Schedule: Flexible hours, but availability for meetings during EST is required.
