This full-time, remote position is ideal for proactive, sales-driven candidates with strong English skills (C1 level or above) and high emotional intelligence to connect with customers. The role involves handling multiple chats to drive sales, with a performance-based pay structure, including hourly rates that increase with sales and a 2% commission. Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate and lead engaging conversations with customers via chat, building connections and driving sales
- Maintain quick response times and uphold a high level of professionalism throughout all interactions
- Exceed sales targets by crafting creative, compelling messages that captivate and convert
- Multitask effectively, managing multiple chats without compromising quality
- Follow company guidelines and procedures to ensure a smooth customer experience
