STR Success Team is a startup agency that manages short term rental properties across the United States. We are looking to train our first team who will be managing properties when we get our first client.
Your position will be managing the day to day operations of the properties assigned to you, including but not limited to tasks such as: guest communication (via airbnb and also telephone/text), tracking maintenance issues, coordinating with vendors, updating listings, contacting airbnb & OTAs to resolve issues. A lot of the job is customer interaction so excellent hospitality & customer service skills are very important.
To apply for this job you must meet the following requirements:
- At least one year of previous work with AirBNB directly
- C1-C2 Level Written and Spoken English Ability
- Your own PC
- Quiet Work Space
- You consider yourself very good at researching online
- Very detail oriented & ORGANIZED
- You can create organizational systems for yourself and do not need continuous direction to be successful
- Typing Speed above 40wpm
- Skilled with Microsoft office products
- Experience with short term rentals is a plus but not required
- Fast internet connection with reliable backup (zoom video calls will happen often)
- USB or Bluetooth headset for phone calls
Hours & Compensation
Pay is USD $5 per hour. Available shifts are 8am - 5pm EST, 5pm-1am EST, 1am-8am EST
