Content writing for our eCommerce Website, writing and editing product descriptions, category pages, landing pages, blog posts, and other website content to improve user experience, engagement, and sales.
Ensure all content aligns with the brand's tone, voice, and values.
Conduct keyword research and incorporate SEO best practices into all written content to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic. Monitor performance and adapt content to maximize SEO results.
Develop engaging content for
Write captivating posts, captions, and ads for social media platforms (Instagram,
Write clear, persuasive, and benefit-driven product descriptions that inspire potential customers to make a purchase, highlighting key features and unique selling points.
Understand our target audience and write content that resonates with their needs, pain points, and desires, driving them to take action (buy, sign up, share, etc.).
Brand Voice & Consistency: Ensure all content is aligned with the brand's voice, style, and messaging guidelines. Maintain consistency across all touchpoints of the customer journey.
Assist in testing and optimizing headlines, product descriptions, landing pages, and
Track and measure the performance of your content, using tools like Google Analytics, Shopify, and other relevant platforms to assess its impact and effectiveness. Use insights to inform future content strategies.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter, or SEO Writer, preferably in the eCommerce industry.
Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
Solid understanding of SEO best practices, including keyword research, on-page SEO, and content optimization.
Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress, Shopify, or similar platforms.
Ability to write persuasive, customer-centric content that drives action and aligns with the brand’s voice and goals.
Strong research skills to ensure content is accurate, compelling, and relevant.
Familiarity with Google Analytics or other analytics tools to track content performance and suggest improvements.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with
A passion for storytelling and an understanding of how to engage customers through digital content.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (preferred but not required).
