JOB OVERVIEW

This is a contract remote role for a Direct response Video Editor. The Facebook Ads Creative Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective designs for Facebook advertisements. The day-to-day tasks will include developing creative concepts, Ai Animation Ads, collaborating with the team to align with branding guidelines, and continuously optimizing ad creatives based on performance data.
You will be provided with modules to learn and grow in your own time to develope your skills and grow into a creative strategist that can be lifechanging for you and your family. we are not here for the shortterm, but we are investing in our team, having weekly feedback loop calls to improve our skills and leave out what is not working, and create more of whatis working.
we are also giving our video editors performance bonusses and you will be rewarded if we see that you are a real A Player wanting to grow and putting in the work.

Qualifications

Creative Design and Branding skills
Video Editing and Motion Graphics Design skills
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premier, etc.)
Strong understanding of social media marketing and advertising trends
Excellent visual and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Experience in creating compelling ad creatives for Facebook or other social media platforms
Experience in AI visual design for photos and videos
Ai Animation Ads
