About Us
We’re a fast-moving healthtech startup helping families navigate complex medical visits and caregiving. With multiple persona-specific landing pages and paid campaigns live, we’re looking for a strategic, performance-driven marketer to help tighten our funnel and scale our paid growth engine.
About the Role
We’re looking for a technically minded person who wants to learn how products find customers. This is not a traditional software engineering job. It is also not a conventional marketing job.
You might be a recent CS graduate, a junior engineer, a data analyst, or someone who enjoys building small tools and figuring out how systems work and doesn't want to spend their entire career only writing application code.
We can teach you the mechanics of growth marketing, paid acquisition, positioning, and go-to-market strategy. You should bring technical curiosity, analytical judgment, and the willingness to investigate messy problems without waiting for a perfect set of instructions.
You'll use your skills to answer practical business questions like:
- Which customer segments respond to which messages?
- Where are prospective users dropping out of the funnel?
- How can we run ten useful experiments instead of debating one idea for weeks?
- What data, scripts, automations, or internal tools would make our growth work faster?
- Which AI-generated ideas are useful, and which are polished nonsense?
Why Join
- Start part-time; possibility to grow into full-time Growth Lead
- Get in early at a mission-driven startup tackling real human problems
- Work directly with the founder and shape our GTM motion
You Might Be a Good Fit If
- You studied computer science, engineering, data science, information systems, economics, or another analytical field
- You can write basic code or work comfortably with technical tools
- You are interested in startups, product strategy, marketing, sales, or entrepreneurship
To Apply
Send a quick intro and one example of something you built, analyzed, automated, investigated, or improved. Please include “Ayla Growth – [Your Name]” in the subject line.
