The Role: Virtual Assistant
As our full-time Virtual Assistant, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business, working directly with Jazz Rose. You’ll be responsible for a variety of tasks, helping us maintain our high standards and supporting the growth of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the founder’s inbox and respond to inquiries professionally and in a timely manner
Coordinate and manage calendar appointments, ensuring smooth scheduling
Maintain records and track business transactions using Xero and Google Sheets
Organize travel bookings and event arrangements as needed
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, tea
Create and distribute engaging
Follow up on unpaid invoices related to rental properties and training programs
Manage tenant move-ins and move-outs, sourcing new tenants when needed
Upload content to social media platforms and update our CRM with relevant materials
Provide additional support as required to assist with daily business operations
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in a Virtual Assistant, administrative, or personal assistance role
Proficiency with Outlook, Google Drive, Xero, and CRM systems like Go High Level
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Experience in project coordination, event planning, or client support is a plus
Confidence in following up on unpaid invoices and handling payment collection
A proactive, self-motivated individual who thrives in a remote working environment
