Pink Print is a pioneering grant writing service dedicated to empowering women of color in business by securing the funding they need to bring their business visions to life. We are passionate about providing tailored support to individuals and organizations that drive social impact. Using our unique proposal writing methodology and cutting-edge proposal bot technology, we streamline the grant writing process to maximize success rates for our clients.

We are expanding our team and seeking 3 talented experienced Grant Writers to join us. These individuals will be responsible for replicating our proposal process across all client projects, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, customized grant proposals, business plans, and pitch decks that adhere to our methods and utilize our proprietary technology.We are looking for 3 new experienced grant writers who can maintain timelines with organization and craftsmanship. We are not looking for A.I generic writers but writers who can understand our clients visions and put it eloquently into words to help secure funding. Only apply if you have had success with winning grants for organizations in the past.

Key Responsibilities:

Proposal Development: Write compelling and persuasive grant proposals for clients, ensuring adherence to Pink Print’s proprietary methodology and the effective use of our proposal bot technology.
Client Communication: Engage with clients to gather relevant information, clarify their business needs, and ensure the grant proposals reflect their goals and vision.
Research and Analysis: Conduct research to identify suitable grant opportunities for clients, staying up to date on relevant funding sources and trends.
Tailored Grant Writing: Customize each proposal to align with the unique business, funding needs, and target audience of our clients, ensuring a personalized approach that maximizes funding opportunities.
Project Management: Manage multiple grant proposals simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and the proposal quality is consistently high.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including customer service and business development, to ensure a seamless experience for clients.
Compliance and Editing: Ensure all proposals are compliant with grant guidelines and meticulously edited for grammar, structure, and clarity.
Utilization of Technology: Leverage Pink Print’s proprietary proposal bot technology to streamline the proposal writing process and improve efficiency without sacrificing quality.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in grant writing, with a proven track record of success in securing funding for nonprofits, businesses, or entrepreneurs.
Skills: Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.
Research Ability: Strong research skills to identify relevant grant opportunities and stay current on funding trends.
Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines.
Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with automated writing tools and willingness to adopt new technologies, including Pink Print’s proposal bot.
Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
