We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Property Manager to join our team, someone with a systematic approach, a strong operational mindset, and the ability to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
-Oversee day-to-day property operations to ensure smooth, efficient management of all aspects, including maintenance, guest relations, and vendor coordination.
Manage property budgets, prepare financial reports, and ensure cost-effective operational practices. Act as the primary point of contact for tenants/guests, addressing concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Develop and implement processes to streamline property management functions, from check-in/out procedures to maintenance scheduling.
Coordinate with contractors and service providers for property upkeep, ensuring timely and quality repairs.
Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
Respond promptly and effectively to guest requests, thinking from their perspective to improve their experience.
Use an engineering mindset to solve operational challenges, optimize systems, and enhance property performance.
Communicate clearly and professionally, both in writing and verbally, with all stakeholders, including tenants, vendors, and tea
Maintain strong records and documentation, ensuring accuracy in all communications and reports.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in property management, operations, or a related field.
Engineering or operational mindset with a strong focus on systematization and process improvement.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong proficiency in English and grammar.
Ability to think critically and empathize with guests, anticipating their needs and providing excellent service.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
Proficiency with property management software and tools.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related fields preferred, though equivalent experience is also considered.
