As we accelerate our growth, we're seeking an exceptional Senior BDR from the Philippines to be our first dedicated revenue development hire.

This isn't your typical BDR role. You'll work directly with our US-based CEO as a strategic partner, building our entire outbound revenue engine from the ground up. We're offering 2x local market rates because we want the best talent who can think strategically, execute flawlessly, and grow with us as we scale.
Your Mission:
Drive over $ 28 M in monthly pipeline by connecting with IT decision-makers at multi-location enterprises across the United States. You'll own the complete revenue development process while providing strategic insights that shape our go-to-market approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Development Excellence (40%) - Manage all inbound leads with <15 minute response time and build multi-channel outbound campaigns
LinkedIn Mastery (30%) - Execute sophisticated social selling strategies targeting CIOs, IT Directors, and VPs at enterprise companies
Strategic Partnership (20%) - Join discovery calls with CEO, provide market feedback, and influence marketing strategy
Process Building (10%) - Create scalable playbooks and systems for future team growth
Daily Impact:
9 PM PHT: Start day by responding to overnight US leads
10 PM - 2 AM: Execute 100+ personalized touches (LinkedIn,
2 AM - 4 AM: Join live discovery calls with US prospects
4 AM - 6 AM: Refine strategies, update CRM, plan next day
What You Bring:
5+ years B2B sales development experience with US/Western companies
Proven track record selling to IT executives (CIOs, IT Directors, VPs)
LinkedIn Sales Navigator expertise with demonstrable results
Experience with complex B2B sales cycles (3-6 months)
Native-level English communication (written and spoken)
Self-directed mindset - you work independently without supervision
Comfortable working US Eastern hours (9 PM - 6 AM PHT)
Reliable home office setup with backup internet
Preferred Qualifications:
Sold IT services, SaaS, or MSP solutions to US market
Experience with multi-location retail or hospitality clients
Built sales processes or playbooks from scratch
HubSpot and
Understanding of IT infrastructure and field services
Compensation Package:
Base Salary: ?840,000/year (?70,000/month)
Variable Compensation: ?500,000-?700,000/year
Total OTE: ?1,340,000-?1,540,000/year
Uncapped commission on closed deals
Meeting bonuses: ?1,700-?2,800 per qualified meeting
Quarterly bonuses for exceeding targets
13th month pay

Week 2: Booking first meetings independently
Month 1: 5-8 qualified meetings booked
