Amigo Technology is an IT service business and Managed Service Provider (MSP), located on the Sunshine Coast, Australia. We have been operating for 15 years, with the goal of making computers and technology friendlier to our awesome small business clients. We are seeking an administrative officer to join our friendly team.

We are seeking a candidate who has:
- A keen interest in working in a process-driven environment and working together with a technology-focused team
- A desire to utilise a mix of creative and process-based problem solving
- Excellent English, both written and spoken

This position will have many opportunities for growth, and over time you will have access to internal mentoring, certificates and training programs to encourage you to work with a wider range of systems. Prior experience with the following would be greatly appreciated and will lead to greater earnings, although this is not a requirement:
- At least two years of experience working in an business administration position, ideally in IT services organisation
- Experience with various features of Xero, such as bank rules, activity statements, reporting and troubleshooting account issues
- Familiarity or experience with the Australian taxation system
- Ability to work with a variety of documents and spreadsheets, including the use of formulas and advanced formatting
- Experience with AI tools and automation
Your duties will include the following:
- Manage financial operations including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliation, billing, payroll processing, and financial reporting via Xero
- Oversee the complete client lifecycle by coordinating Managed Services Client (MSC) onboarding and offboarding, tracking SLA performance, and maintaining strong ongoing client relationships.
- Provide essential operational support through inventory and RMA management, meeting coordination, and regular audits of technician maintenance schedules via Quire.
- Coordinate human resources functions such as recruitment support, team rostering, leave management, and employee onboarding.
- Drive process improvement and compliance by auditing software licensing, reviewing team communications for quality, managing legal documentation, and identifying opportunities for workflow automation.
- Maintain the company's digital presence and sales collateral by executing
