Position: Denied Claims Specialist
Location: Fully Remote
Salary Range: $500 - $900 per month

Brain Health USA, a mental health practice, is seeking an experienced Denied Claims Specialist to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and resolving denied insurance claims, ensuring timely payment for our mental health services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical billing, with specific expertise in denied claims, and must be fluent in both spoken and written English.
Responsibilities:
Review, analyze, and process denied insurance claims
Research claim denials and discrepancies, identifying solutions to secure reimbursements
Contact insurance companies to appeal denied claims and negotiate resolutions
Maintain clear and organized records of communications, claims status, and resolutions
Collaborate with the billing and clinical teams to ensure proper documentation and coding
Stay updated on changes in insurance regulations and coding practices related to mental health services
Requirements:
Must be fluent in spoken and written English
Strong understanding of medical billing and insurance claim processes, particularly in mental health services
Experience in resolving denied claims and working with insurance companies
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
Prior experience in medical billing or claims processing is preferred
