NIGHT SHIFT: Ai Growth Engineer: GHL EXPERT

The Data Driven Practice is looking for a forward-thinking AI Growth Engineer to help us scale faster and smarter. You'll be the brains behind building AI bots, automation agents, AI-powered callers with Bland, high-converting GHL websites, and integrating AI into Facebook ads.

You’ll Be Responsible For:
Developing AI bots, agents, workflows and caller systems that integrate with Go High Level (GHL)

Building high-converting GHL websites and funnels using AI

Launching & optimizing Facebook ads with AI-driven creative & targeting

Creating smart workflows and calendars that shorten lead-to-patient conversions

Working closely with the media buying, funnel, and automation teams

You Might Be a Fit If You:

Full-Time | Remote | 9AM-5PM MST (Night Shift ) International Candidates Welcome
$8-$15 an hour based on (mid-expert level skill level, & years of experience)

* RESPONSIBILITIES: What You’ll Own
* Build & optimize Go High-Level workflows to automate patient acquisition, reactivation, and retention.
* Develop and refine high-converting marketing funnels that drive engagement & bookings.
* Create & manage Zapier automation to integrate platforms, improve efficiency, and report data.
* Set up & configure campaign merge fields to personalize messaging and track performance.
* Integrate Slack notifications to keep tea ---------- mbers informed in real-time about leads, appointments, & caller reporting.
* Leverage Bland AI to develop AI-powered patient engagement solutions (chatbots & AI callers) that:
Build AI Callers from beginning to end for scheduling & patient reactivation.

Develop & optimize AI chatbots for real-time patient inquiries.
Create seamless AI-driven workflows that integrate with Go High Level & other automation tools.
-Optimize marketing campaigns in Go High Level for the DDP and our members
-Test & troubleshoot all campaigns, workflows, AI bots, and AI Callers before launching to prevent errors & ensure smooth execution.
- Over-communicate & report tasks daily to maintain alignment, efficiency, and accountability.

REQUIREMENTS: What You Need to Succeed
Go High Level Mastery – 2+ years of experience building, testing, and optimizing automations, building funnels mobile & desktop, workflows, calendars and snapshots.
Expert in Zapier – Strong ability to connect apps, automate repetitive tasks, and create complex workflows connect calendars e
Bland AI Expert – Ability to build AI Callers & chatbots from the ground up, optimize them, and ensure seamless integration.
Extreme Attention to Detail – You double-check & thoroughly test every workflow, automation, & campaign before launch.
Ability to create & optimize campaign merge fields to improve personalization and tracking.
Experience integrating Slack notifications to keep the team informed and ensure efficient communication.
Proven problem-solving skills – You love troubleshooting, fixing, and optimizing systems.
Clear communicator & team player – You take initiative, report progress daily, and collaborate effectively.
Technical Requirements for Remote GHL Automation Specialist

To ensure you have the right setup to work efficiently, we require the following:
Your Own Equipment: A reliable laptop or desktop (Mac or PC) with sufficient processing power to run multiple applications simultaneously.
Minimum Internet Speed:50 Mbps Download10 Mbps Upload
Backup Internet Solution: You must have at least one of the following in case of power or internet outages:
Mobile Hotspot (4G LTE or 5G recommended)
Secondary Internet Provider for redundancy
Portable Power Station/UPS to keep your internet and computer running
Reliable & available to work 9AM-5PM MST (This is night shift for international candidates).
