We are looking for a Go High-Level Expert… Loves building and designing Funnels Workflows, Connecting them with Zapier, and is an Graphic Designer + AI Automation Specialist who not only loves getting things done the right way the first time but also enjoys engaging with a team, thinking strategically, and seeing projects through from start to finish and testing before going live for clients.

???? ROLE: What You’ll Be Doing
As a Go High Level Workflow, Zapier, and AI Automation Specialist Designing funnels and optimizing them to get them over 20% optin in rate, you’ll be the key player in ensuring our automation systems, marketing funnels, and AI-powered tools are running seamlessly and efficiently. You will build, test, troubleshoot, and optimize every funnel & workflow before it goes live.

???? RESPONSIBILITIES: What You’ll Own
? Build & optimize Go High-Level workflows to automate patient acquisition, reactivation, and retention.
? Design and refine high-converting marketing funnels that drive engagement & bookings.
? Create & manage Zapier automations to integrate platforms, improve efficiency, and ensure seamless data flow.
? Set up & configure campaign merge fields to personalize messaging and track performance.
? Integrate Slack notifications to keep tea
? Optimize funnels for mobile for 20% optin rate or higher with faster loading speed, better designs, optimize graphics, headlines optimize videos etc to keep driving in high quality leads
???? RESULTS: How We Measure Success (KPIs & Metrics)
???? Funnel Completion – 97% of members' funnels are completed on time & without errors.
????Funnel Optimization – Optin rate of 20% or higher,
???? Daily Reporting – 100% compliance in daily task updates via Slack.
???? Members Workflow Efficiency – 95% of workflows are error-free & delivered on schedule.
???? DDP Marketing Campaigns Success – Keeping our Go High Level automations for DDP Sales and Marketing running successful.
???? Lead Reporting Accuracy – Maintain 98%+ accuracy in tracking & Zapier automation.
???? AI Caller & Bot Success – AI Callers & chatbots achieve a minimum 80%+ response & engagement rate.
???? Conversion Rate Growth – Improve funnel conversion rates by 15% through optimization.
???? A/B Testing Success – Implement A/B testing strategies that improve key funnel metrics by 10%+.
???? Member Satisfaction – Maintain a 4.5/5+ rating from doctors on system usability & automation quality.
???? REQUIREMENTS: What You Need to Succeed
? Go High Level Mastery – 3+ years of experience building, testing, and optimizing automations, building funnels mobile & desktop, workflows, calendars and snapshots.
? Expert in Zapier – Strong ability to connect apps, automate repetitive tasks, and create complex workflows connect calendars etc.
? Graphic Designer/ Video editor Expert – Ability to create beautiful funnels edit images videos etc for conversion
? Extreme Attention to Detail – You double-check & thoroughly test every workflow, automation, & campaign before launch.
? Ability to create & optimize campaign merge fields to improve personalization and tracking.
? Experience integrating Slack notifications to keep the team informed and ensure efficient communication.
? Proven problem-solving skills – You love troubleshooting, fixing, and optimizing systems.
? Reliable & available to work 9AM-5PM MST (This is night shift for international candidates).
? Clear communicator & team player – You take initiative, report progress daily, and collaborate effectively.
