Job Title: Full-Time In-house Graphic Designer and Video Editor
Location: Remote in PH
Salary: SGD 500 to SGD 800 per month

Background
We’re Heartbeat Agency, a Singapore-based brand consultancy and omnichannel marketing firm that specializes in the Medical and Beauty service-based industryy. Our clients are based in Singapore and Australia. We are looking for a talented graphic designer who can create creative and engaging ads that drive results for our clients.
Your Responsibilities [In Order of Priority]
Responsibility 1 - Design, Design, and Design
- Generating creative ideas and concepts for various design projects.
- Designing elements like icons, graphics, and illustrations that communicate the desired message.
- Arranging text, images, and graphics in a way that is both visually appealing and functional for print and digital media.
- Selecting and using appropriate fonts and typefaces to complement the visual style of the design.
- Applying colour theory to choose color schemes that enhance the overall design and convey the right mood or message.
- Using photo and video-editing software to manipulate and enhance images to fit the design requirements.
- Developing prototypes or mock-ups to give clients a visual representation of the final design.
- Creating visually engaging content for social media platforms, including banners, posts, and ads.
Responsibility 2 - Liaising and Communicating with Team Members internally
- Understand and align your designs with marketing strategies and contribute to campaign planning created by our Lead - Strategist.
- Skillfully incorporate feedback into designs to meet client and team expectations.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their vision and requirements.
- Work alongside other team members to ensure a cohesive and efficient workflow via WhatsApp.
- Uploading, organizing, and archiving media assets to our shared Google Drive.
Responsibility 3 - Research and Development
- Research to understand the preferences and needs of the target audience.
- Continuously update skills in various design software and tools.
- Constantly researching and being up-to-date on the latest design trends to further promote our clients and our company.
- Understanding and reviewing social media metrics (e.g. click-through rate, impressions, etc.) to further implement better designs.
Your Requirements
- Has at least one year of experience working as a graphic designer.
- Possess a formal education in graphic design or a related discipline.
- Expertise in at least one design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, or Figma.
- A comprehensive portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
- Ability to think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics, and layouts.
- Keen attention to detail to produce accurate and high-quality work.
