Canyon State Insurance is seeking a Virtual Assistant (VA) with Insurance experience and the insurance system EzLynx. We're a small insurance company that is looking to have a long-term VA to help us with our client needs!
This position will be using EzLynx and primarily be quoting within the EzLynx system. Note: You must have at least 5 years of insurance experience and 5 years of EzLynx quotation experience.
Here are some of the job VA responsibilities for this position:
A. Application / Data Collection
Filling out ACORD forms, collecting Client information to be able to quote, and entering insured or account details into EzLynx platform
B. Quoting Using EzLynx: Perform quoting tasks using the EzLynx system, ensuring that all quotes are competitive and meet client needs.
Rate Comparison: Analyze quotes from multiple carriers to identify the best options for clients.
Quote Follow-up: Communicate with clients to provide quotes, answer questions, and assist with next steps.
C. Policy Management
Policy Renewals: Assist with the preparation and processing of policy renewals, ensuring all details are correct and deadlines are met.
Endorsements: Manage endorsements by processing changes requested by clients and ensuring accurate updates in EzLynx.
Claims Support: Provide support for claims processing by gathering necessary documentation and coordinating with clients and carriers.
D. Client Communication
Client Interaction: Respond to client inquiries via
Documentation: Maintain clear and organized records of all client interactions and updates within the EzLynx system.
Follow-up: Ensure timely follow-up with clients to maintain strong relationships and support ongoing client needs.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 4 years of experience in the insurance industry.
minimum of 5 years of experience using EzLynx for quoting and policy management.
Strong knowledge of insurance processes.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with personal and commercial lines of insurance.
Familiarity with multiple insurance carriers and their quoting processes.
Proficiency in other insurance management software is a plus.
Work Environment: This is a remote, virtual assistant position with flexible working hours.
