Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Rep / Operations Specialist / Client Success Agent. This remote, part-time role focuses on outbound sales, lead generation, and client engagement and retention. Responsibilities include identifying and qualifying new leads, maintaining client relationships, meeting conversion goals, and collaborating with the marketing team to implement strategic campaigns. The ideal candidate is results-driven, adept at managing multiple responsibilities, course-correcting as needed, and passionate about serving others in a wellness-centered environment. This is a month to month position with potential for long-term growth after a 90-day probationary period.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound sales activities through CRM, and digital channels, including email, social media, and online messaging platforms.
Identify and qualify new sales leads by researching and analyzing potential and current customers.
Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products/services to effectively communicate its value to potential clients.
Build and maintain sales funnel, lead generation automation, and client relationships with existing customers to lower churn and increase referrals.
Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Utilize CRM or other software to track sales activities, update customer information, and manage the sales pipeline.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Miscellaneous duties not otherwise listed.


Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, customer service, client success, or operations support (healthcare or wellness industry a plus)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and tea ---------- mbers
Proficient in using CRM systems, spreadsheets, and digital communication tools (e.g. Zoom, Mailchimp, Google Workspace)
Highly organized with excellent time management and multitasking abilities
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
Results-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed conversion and engagement goals
Analytical thinking with the ability to interpret sales data and adjust strategies accordingly
Professionalism, discretion, and commitment to confidentiality
Flexible and willing to adapt to evolving business needs
Compensation and Benefits:
Rate: [$4-7/hr USD]
After completing the probationary period, we will consider an increase.
Work Schedule:
Hours: [15-20] per week
Duration: Month to Month. (Minimum 90 days probationary period)
After the probationary period, the opportunity for long-term employment will be considered.
