JOB OVERVIEW

Mission:
We are seeking a talented individual as a Jr. Account Manager to work alongside our Account Management team. The ideal candidate will bring a background in communication, customer service, and digital marketing in order to best assist the Senior Account Managers with client management and communication.
Duties would include sending client communications, handling client requests, analyzing data, and supporting the Senior Account Managers.
We are looking for someone driven to succeed, someone that enjoys helping clients, and someone with a strong sense of processes and systems in order to make this position as streamlined and automated as possible. This is a remote position where you can work from home, and hours will be 40 hours/week. You will be required to work 9am-6pm MST

Outcomes:
The goal is to help the Senior Account Managers with administrative type tasks both internally for our company and externally for our clients. Forming and maintaining relationships with clients is crucial and adding creativity and passion to the position is a must.

6) Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Pay scale will be $5-6/hour, and raises and/or bonuses will be dictated by sales opportunities and success with our marketing outreach.
