ROLE OVERVIEW
You will extract short, high-value clips from a YouTube channel.
Your main responsibility is to:
- Watch long-form YouTube videos
- Deeply understand our target audience (pain points, goals, objections)
- Identify valuable, engaging, and on-brand
- Select clips that align with our short-form SOPs
- Turn them into 15–45 second Instagram Reels
- Add clean and accurate subtitles
- Ensure smooth audio
- Deliver 2–3 clips per day
You are not creating content from scratch.
You are selecting and packaging the best parts — strategically.
TASKS
- Clip 2–3 short videos per day (15–45 seconds each)
- Follow our short-form SOPs consistently
- Select clips based on audience relevance and brand alignment
- Clearly explain your thought process when submitting clips:
- Ensure subtitles are accurate and easy to understand
- Ensure a smooth audio experience
- Review your work carefully before submitting
Note: There may be additional small tasks as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent English skills (C1 or above)
- Strong understanding of audience psychology and content-market fit
- Ability to follow and execute based on SOPs
- Previous experience in short-form editing or video clipping
- Strong judgment for identifying valuable, on-brand content
- Detail-oriented with critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently while staying communicative
- Efficient and solution-focused mindset
