Remote Appointment Setter - Flexible Hours!

Join our growing team as a Remote Appointment Setter, where you'll help homeowners in Texas get complimentary roof inspections, ensuring their homes are safe and sound after bad weather.
Position: Remote Appointment Setter (Outbound Calls)
Location: Anywhere with a reliable internet connection
Type: Part-Time - This is a freelance position, so compensation is only provided for days worked.
Hours: Tuesday-Saturday 10am-3pm CST (Central Standard Time)

What You'll Be Doing:
* Dialing Homeowners: Make a minimum of 80 calls per day to homeowners in Texas who might have roof damage from bad weather.
* Setting Appointments: Schedule at least 2 appointments per week for complimentary roof inspections.
* Building Rapport: Use your excellent people skills to help homeowners understand the importance of a roof inspection and secure a time for their appointment.

***PERKS***
* Base Pay: *$87.50 per week. (Paid each Saturday!) (*when minimum dials are met each shift)
* Commission: $2 for each appointment set (uncapped commission)
* Competitions: Frequent opportunities to earn extra cash through daily competitions.
Job Requirements
Candidates should have experience in at least one of the following areas:
- BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) Work Experience
- Appointment Setting Experience
- Other Sales-Related Experience
- Additionally, candidates must have:
- A reliable internet connection, computer, and headset/mic
- The ability to work remotely
- Availability for a set 5-hour shift, 5 days a week (to be agreed upon with management)
