Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Webflow Developer/Designer with the potential to grow into a leadership role. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in Webflow and a strategic mindset, capable of taking on complex projects independently while demonstrating the ability to guide and mentor others.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop sophisticated websites using Webflow CMS, ensuring high-quality, scalable solutions.
- Implement advanced web animations and interactive experiences.
- Integrate marketing tools and analytics platforms into web projects.
- Apply conversion rate optimization techniques to improve website performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align web solutions with overall marketing strategies.
- Take initiative on projects, working independently and proactively solving problems.
- Contribute to the development of best practices and innovative approaches in web design/development.
- Mentor junior tea ---------- mbers and demonstrate leadership potential.

Key Skills and Requirements:
- Expert-level proficiency in Webflow CMS
- Mastery of Client-first naming conventions and global class systems
- Strong skills in web animations, particularly within Webflow
- Expertise in automation for web development and marketing processes
- Solid understanding of marketing principles and sales funnels
- Proficiency in integrating various marketing tools and analytics platforms
- Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques
- Strong grasp of UX/UI principles
- Minimum 5 years of experience in web development, with a focus on Webflow preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating complex Webflow projects and innovative solutions
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Strong communication skills and ability to articulate technical concepts clearly
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field (or equivalent experience)
