Responsibilities:
• Managing large amounts of outbound recruiting calls in a timely manner.
• Following contact center “scripts” when handling different topics.
• Utilize internal systems Five9 to manage daily activity and campaigns.
• Striving to meet contact center metrics while providing excellent and consistent campaign performance.
• Taking part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of company and position.
• Performs other related projects and duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Fluent English and Spanish speaker
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous contact center experience strongly preferred.
• Prior insurance experience is a plus.
• Prior sales/recruiting experience is a plus.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient in Windows PC & Basic Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).
Schedule includes Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm CST.
