The Role:
This is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours per week, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST (Eastern Standard Time).
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Coordinator to join our team. The Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing various digital marketing and technology projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills and have a passion for digital innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Management:
- Assist in the development of project plans, timelines and milestones.
- Coordinate project activities, resources and information.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Monitor and track project progress, addressing any issues or delays promptly.
Communication and Collaboration:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.
- Facilitate effective communication between tea
- Schedule and organize meetings, prepare agendas and take detailed notes.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management.
Marketing Operations and Full Stack Development:
- Coordinate and oversee digital marketing operations to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement effective strategies and campaigns.
- Support full stack development projects, understanding both front-end and back-end requirements.
- Work closely with developers to ensure technical specifications are met.
Tools:
- Utilize ClickUp and
- Maintain and update project documentation and records within these tools.
- Ensure tea
- Problem Solving and Support:
- Identify and resolve project-related issues
- Provide support to tea
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in project coordination, preferably in digital marketing and technology.
- Familiarity with marketing operations and full stack development.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools
- A Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field is not required but is considered an asset.
