JOB OVERVIEW

Comprehensive Rehab Consultants focuses on partnering with skilled nursing facilities to meet their individual needs. We are passionate about healthcare technology, innovation, and delivery. CRC is widely considered as visionaries in the post-acute space, designing new care models to improve efficiency, decrease hospitalizations, and improve clinical outcomes. We are searching for a Project Manager to join our Clinical Operations team. Clinical Operations oversees clinician success in their roles, client success, training and education, as well as clinical program development.

Requirements:
•Native/Fluent English, spoken and written
•You must be self-motivated with the ability to stay productive independently
•You are motivated and excited to work as a team, working towards shared initiatives
•Available M-F 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Central Time) and some weekends
•Reliable internet and computer access
•Headset and webcam
•Quiet/distraction-free working environment

•Excel (preferred)

Roles and Responsibilities

The day to day tasks will be varied, but here are some things you can expect to be asked to accomplish:

• Ownership and management of tasks as outlined in department workflows and SOPs; independently streamline tasks once operations are understood
• New hire communication and support during Recruiting and Onboarding phases
• Compiling various reports for data entry and integrating into readable trackers; analyze trends and present findings
• Creation and maintenance of Typeform surveys; reviewing and reporting results
• Routine and independent maintenance of various metrics to maintain trackers for various clinical operations, program roadmaps, and performance projects
• Efficient and timely formatting of documents, trackers, and powerpoint presentations (Google platforms)
• Work cross functionally with Client Operations, BizOps, and Data Analytics
• Provide support to Clinical Ops Team on various special projects
• Email management, including drafting emails for Clinical Ops Leadership and Onboarding Managers with ability to communicate directly with clinicians and facility partners
• Authoring narrative summaries to distribute to clinicians and/or customers

•The job will be 50 hrs/wk
