We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to support client training and day-to-day system support. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable leading trainings, troubleshooting issues, and working directly with clients.
Responsibilities:
* Provide ongoing support to clients using our web-based platform
* Respond to support tickets and client inquiries clearly and efficiently
* Troubleshoot issues and guide users step-by-step to resolution
* Lead virtual training sessions and refresher demos
* Support onboarding of new clients
* Document common issues and assist with creating simple training materials
* Coordinate with internal team to escalate and resolve complex issues
* Track and follow up on open items to ensure completion
Requirements:
* Fluent in English (written and verbal)
* Proven experience conducting trainings or onboarding sessions
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems quickly
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Organized and able to manage multiple tasks
