RSH Sports is building a fast-growing sales team, and we’re hiring a hungry, disciplined outbound caller who loves the chase, follows up like a machine, and wants to win.
RSH Sports provides custom team uniforms, spirit wear, and “always-open” online team stores for schools, clubs, gyms, leagues, and booster organizations. You’ll be calling decision-makers and setting opportunities in motion.
What You’ll Do (Your Mission)
You will run outbound calling and follow-up to generate real sales activity—appointments, quote requests, and store launches.
Core Responsibilities
Cold call targeted prospects daily (coaches, athletic directors, program directors, gym owners, league organizers, booster leaders, team parents where appropriate)
Deliver a clear, confident pitch for:
Custom uniforms/apparel
Always-open team stores (spirit wear + ongoing fundraising + easy ordering)
Qualify leads quickly (sport, season timeline, quantities, decision-maker, budget range, next steps)
Book meetings for the closer / sales manager, or drive the prospect to request a quote/store launch (depending on process)
Follow up relentlessly via phone +
Update the CRM daily (notes, call outcomes, next steps, pipeline stage)
Hit weekly and monthly activity + outcome targets (calls, connects, meetings booked, quote requests)
What “Winning” Looks Like (Metrics That Matter)
You’ll be measured on outcomes—simple, fair, transparent:
Daily outbound call volume (target set after training)
Connect rate + qualified conversations
Meetings booked / quote requests created
Follow-up completion rate (no dropped leads)
CRM accuracy and consistency

Requirements (Non-Negotiables)
Strong spoken English (clear, confident, professional)
Outbound cold calling experience is a plus (but not required if you learn fast)
Reliable internet + quiet work environment
Quality computer + headset
Willingness to follow scripts, use CRM daily, and be accountable to targets
Schedule
Full-time: 45 hours/week
Schedule may be adjusted to match U.S. business hours and customer availability
