We are seeking a talented and experienced Account Manager to join our team in the digital marketing agency. You will be responsible for managing client relationships and overseeing the successful delivery of projects. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor and advocate within Brandlume.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives that align with client objectives.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement solutions to address any issues that may arise.
- Provide regular updates and reports to clients on project status, performance metrics, and results achieved.
- Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing clients.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or client services, preferably in a marketing agency environment.
- Experience in managing SEO, PPC, Web dev and soc med accounts is a PLUS.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and internal teams.
- Proven track record of delivering successful projects and exceeding client expectations.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and platforms is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, while still being a collaborative team player.
